An 8 page newspaper about subways, cinema and the use of Toronto's "ghost station" Bay Lower as a site for film production. The free paper is distributed to commuters from Jess Dobkin's Artists' Newsstand at Chester Station. The 10,000 word text is illustrated with photographs of Bay Lower platform taken earlier in the year, and film stills of productions there.
